Skateboard Art

Skateboard Art

This time around The gallery is being converted into a Skateboard Gallery featuring Customs, Rarities, and Collectibles.

Hello to all once again! I hope you have all been enjoying your summers so far, I know we have all been in Vienna these last couple weeks. What with all the sunshine, warmth, and smiley faces… No wait, its been freakin raining and freezing here! Its mid August and I was wearing two damn sweaters last night… I need to move to California.

Anyways, I am writing this announcement mainly due to this weather, I assume most of the Viennese crew are planning their escape to warmer climates in the next few weeks. However if you do so you risk missing The biggest INOPERAbLE Opening to date. So big it has been dubbed a Remmi Demmi Party!

This time around The gallery is being converted into a Skateboard Gallery featuring Customs, Rarities, and Collectibles. There are already 20 decks in the gallery waiting to be hung up, loads more in random post offices all over the world, and quite a few sitting on the floors of artists studios in Vienna. Some of the Artists who’s work will be appearing in the show include but is not limited to Busk, Keramik, Brian Hart, Monica Locascio, Christee, ReThink, Ripo from New York, Undenk, Form Funk, The Maggot (die Made), Nychos, Lilo Krebermik, Jesse Suchmann, Nick Z, Conrad Kofron, the list goes on and on and on.

The show is going to be an all day fiasco in front of the gallery on Saturday August 26th, starting around 3 in the afternoon. I will be praying, making sacrifices and probably having to do some “favors” for Mother Nature in return for good or at least decent weather. If all goes well there may even be some grill action happening, and I’m not referring to fake teeth. So if you feel like it, bring along your favorite meats.

Well I guess thats about it. I will probably send another one of these annoying emails next week to remind the forgetful part of my mailing list. But until then, keep warm if you are in Vienna, and if you are planning any trips in the next weeks please take into consideration this Opening event.

All the best,
401RUSH
